VISION AND HEARING SCREENINGS

Vision and hearing screenings are on-going throughout the school year. If the parent/guardian does not want their student screened please put in writing and send to your student's nurse. (This serves as notice per IDPH request.)

Vision Screenings mandate per IDPH and ISBE: Pre-K, K, 2, 8, all children with an IEP's in the district, and teacher request.

Hearing Screenings mandate per IDPH and ISBE: Pre-K, K, 1, 2, 3, all children with IEP's in the district, and teacher request.
