You can select/print the letter and application in either English or Spanish. Please bring the completed form to your school Open House or send with your child on the first day. In Person Registration Reminder: Wednesday, July 27th is the last opportunity to register in the evening. We will be at Liberty Intermediate School from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. This is for students at all of our schools. Families of all new students need to register in person because you need to prove residency. If you are a family with returning students and you did not receive a letter in the mail (mailed on June 10th) with a code to register, you also must come to the in person registration to prove residency. Any student that is not registered will not be able to see room assignments or schedules in Skyward when they become available. You also run the risk of being shifted to another school due to class size challenges. Thanks!

Don't Forget, it is Early Childhood Day at the Kankakee Farmer's Market tomorrow. You can learn from Success by 6, Head Start, Easterseals Jumpstart, K111 First Taste, Aunt Martha's Healthy Families, Community Health Partnership of Illinois, ONU, KCC and WIC. You can also get a safety check on your child's car seat from the Kankakee Health Department. The market is 8 am to 12 pm.

The playground work around the district is approximately 50% complete. The students are going to love the new look when they return in August.
